This is the completed model for the Pandaren conversion I created of Skaldi Bonehammer.

Lots of green-stuff went into this model, not just to give him the panda head, but to add all the fur. His hat was made from coiled paper, which I covered with a thin layer of green stuff and textured the grassy lines into.
Tried my hand at free-handing on him, which I'm really happy with. You can see this on his hat, the back of his vest and around the arm holes in his vest.
For his eye, I painted it into the eye socket, which I then filled with gel to create the 3D appearance.
For his hammer and belt buckle, I decided to got with green so as to create the impression of jade.
On his keg, I used some more gel to cover the handle of the spout so it would mimic a glossy logo'd tap you would see these days.

Yes! I love these, you did a stellar job on that infernal as well! I dont usually like modeled flame/energy but you nailed it! I'm mostly unfamiliar with the model ranged though, did you have to do much converting or mostly paintjobs?

Look forward to more!

Thanks. The infernal is mostly painting, with some heavy artists gel to build up the flames on his fists and head. I also used some Martha Stewart paint (shudder) in layers because there's a line that is translucent and lets light through nicely. I have some tutorials on the process:

This Mountain King was inspired by Warcraft's Mountain Giants.

But some basics:
- His skin was done with layers of stippling with sponges, airbrushing and weathering powders.
- Eyeliner brushes were used on his crystals.
- The rust on his chains, collar and brackets is real.
- The 2 turtles next to the log were made from naturally shed turtle scutes.
- Special effects like fire and water were made with heavy artists gel.
- He's covered in plenty of real plants, flowers and pearls.
- It took weeks to pour his base, create waves and ripples and allow it all to fully cure.
