Good work, man, that Thunderhawk looks sweet!. I bought a laser cutter myself fur just such a project!

What material are you using? It looks like 1mm MDF.

That's closer to a paper product than a wood one if I'm not mistaken?

Mind if I ask how you went about putting the dimensions into your laser cutting program? Did you do it by hand, make lines over the .cdr file or .pdf?

im not sure exatly what you asking. each item cut out is a shape in the program. the cutting ptogram reads directly from open files in programd like autocad, corel draw etc
