Has anyone compiled a list of different psykers who've appeared in the fluff, for each of the power levels? (Or perhaps would like to collaborate on doing that?)

I was just wondering, for fluff reference, that's all, since the Adeptus Astra Telepathica and the Inquisition already have the tier system, but there's no formal explanation of what would constitute each tier.
