Escept that isn't at all what I did. All I did was list some reasons why bail might be held and/or why bail would be given one time but then not allow a release. I never state that those things happened or said that they did happen, as that would be speculating. Explaining a process doesn't require endorsement of a process or limit a process to only things listed. I have no idea what is happening there so I won't speculate on it, but I can extol some conditions under which those actions may be warranted under law.

A: They only reached four by adding two plus two!
B: Three plus One is an option, or two point five plus one point five are also possible ways to reach four.
You: Why are you speculating?

Recognizing options isn't an endorsement of them, nor is it speculation to know what options are available. Making a guess based on that information, when limited, is speculation.
