It really is the same thing.

A Jump unit, in a river (Difficult terrain) also treats it as Dangerous terrain.

Therefore in that instance the terrain is Difficult and Dangerous terrain.

The Degenerative Terraforming Node is also Difficult and Dangerous terrain.
"11. Degenerative Terraforming Node Once the artefact is triggered, it is active for the rest of the game. All terrain and open ground within 6" becomes difficult and dangerous terrain." (106)

No, it's difficult terrain that is dangerous terrain for the unit standing in it.

The Degenerative Terraforming Node is also Difficult and Dangerous terrain.

That's a valid example of redundancy.

Which is, in that instance, difficult and dangerous terrain.

And proof that terrain can have more than one classification.

It's really not. treat as == is, meaning that to the Jump unit it's Dangerous terrain, not difficult and dangerous.

And proof that terrain can have more than one classification.

Cool story bro? Pretty sure that's irrelevant overall.

But it does not just say treats as it says " also treat rivers and lakes as dangerous terrain" Also treats as...

and, as we know from Pistol weapons, that are assault 1 weapons and also CCW's in the assault phase. This means you can shoot a pistol on Overwatch as they are also treated as CCW's in the Assault Phase.

No, it actually helps show that impassible is not lost when a unit that is enfeebled tries to move across it.

Irrelevant redundancy - since Jump units treat difficult as dangerous anyway.

And? It's still only one Type, and it includes the word "also" in its rule.

No, it doesn't. It shows that, were enfeeble worded differently, you'd be correct.
It's not.

It shows terrain can be two different types.
