We have Tea's-Maids...not quite the same thing granted, but still....

I need Coffee. It's a vital part of my day. I chug anywhere between 6-8 mug's a day and if I skip a few day's without I get proper grumpy and suffer headaches that would put your average Migraine to shame...

Oh, and if our cousins across the pond had never seen a Teas-Maid...

You can't suffer from withdrawal if you never have it.

It takes a lot for me to be disgusted, but one thing that does disgust me is people trying to pass off bad habits as a mental disorder. Obesity, drug misuse (different to addiction) and caffeine withdrawal are not mental disorders. I crash after my morning coffee everyday in work, my dad has three to four cups a day during work and crashes at night time. It's one of those things, not a mental disorder, it's things like this that make people think it's okay to make fun of mental disorders, and why many people with legitimate complaints are afraid to tell anyone, because they're just looked down upon as nothing serious now.

I was on a new FoB helping a Surge Unit get their vehicles and equipment enroute to the new FoB. One week without coffee....was bad....bad part....we all had live ammo....by day four into a seven day no coffee period...smokes ran out.....again we all had live ammo.....Insurgents tested the perimeter with small arms and RPG's the following day. The unit went into "Black" for ammo. I will admit I discharged quite a bit of ammo to. Two insurgents capture. Our translator informed the two insurgents how dumb they were and why. The older one laughed his arse off and the other didn't get it. On the emergency resupply for ammo the Task Force commander requested the unit ration of Class Six of coffee and cig's. The insurgent that laughed his arse off dimed out their unit commander and four other insurgents. Why you wonder? We had a guy that was a huge tea drinker. Sun Tea in a water bottle. Individual shared his tea with the insurgents.
