Stream toonami while you paint, it's what I tend to do. Unless sailor moon comes on, then it's pandora or southparkstudios for me.

I love buying TV series on DVD, and often run a series in the background while painting. I try to avoid comedies, for obvious reasons, and like going with something that I've seen before. I have all of (or most of) Angel, Buffy, Charmed, Justified, Roswell, Highlander, (Original and the Raven), Dexter, House, Game of Thrones, Alphas, Babylon 5, Crusade, Stargate SG-1, Tales from the Crypt, Witchblade, Deadwood, X-Files, Farscape, Dollhouse, and Supernatural, so I've got lots of stuff to choose from. I like using painting time to watch episodes with the audio commentary on. (Timothy Olyphant and Peter Deluise are both really funny on commentary tracks, though, so be warned! )

As you can tell, I'm kind of a TV junkie.

Is it bad that I have a on of those shows too. At least Angel, Justified, Roswell, GoT, Babylon 5, Stargate SG-1 & Atlantis, Dollhouse, Supernatural, and then my own like Psych, Fringe, White Collar, Burn Notice, Walking Dead, Smallville, and I'm sure some more. I like TV to but only when I can watch it all in a row.

Oh, another good one is Warehouse 13. The effects are poop but it's a super fun show to listen too.

Honestly, the arrival of my son is what has curbed my TV watching. They've linked excessive TV watching in very young children to a host of complications later, so I'm trying to limit his exposure at this age to stuff which essentially amounts to conversations, no different than having adults in the room talking. I've also had much less money, which has severely impacted the growth of my DVD collection. Still, since I HAVE a son now, Gargoyles, Batman the Animated Series, and Batman Beyond have all moved up to the top of my shopping list.

I have a few seasons of Star Trek(s) but not even a fraction of the whole run of anything. Star Trek seasons are just so damn expensive!

And I've heard that there was a Highlander anime, which I really want to get. (For our first anniversary as a couple, my girlfriend got me the entire series of Highlander. I proposed to her soon after! )

Venture bros is now dead to me, since Brock is no longer the body guard. Tried to watch the first episode of the new season, and it hurt.
