Terminators, Artificer Armor, Mega Armor, that Carapace Tyranids have, Runic Armor, I believe Tau have something though I don't know what it is called, same with Eldar...

Tau have the Battlesuits

ie. XV8, XV9, XV88, XV82......etc

Ah-ha. I interpreted the question as what is better than power armour, not what is the same as... d'oh.
