Thank you very much. Really helps gettin my hands to the brushes, with all your nice comments.
I'm going to start on my conscripts/workers rabble, with a goal of finishing about 25+, but not planning on setting a NLT on them. Hoping to be done with them before the end of februrary.
First one up.

Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, and sorry for all this spam , i have a quesion i was hoping someone could answer.
Saw this gun on a Kromlech miniature on their page (under news regarding their new backpacks).
I dont think it is a Victoria miniatures armset, because of the magazine, I really like it, but havent been able to find it on their page or on google.
Does anyone of you know the product name, and where it can be bought ( if it is a kromlech).

Those are some of the best cultists I've seen in a long time, and I make a point of looking for threads with work like this. The color palate defines the models and ties them all together, the conversions are inspired, and the bases are a perfect fit for the theme of your models. Overall the atmosphere you've created is completely grimdark and my respect for your modeling skills is considerable.
Really looking forward to the next work you share.

As usual, i can't tell how much your comments are appreciated. Really helps the painting going.
One of the Mortars are pretty much done and have 3 more conscripts finished. Will post some more pictures of them when i fisnish some more of them.
Gonna post the tinman now, needs some cleaning up, but as he is now is probably how the end product is going to be (after having corrected some of the mistakes on the model).
Well, here he is:
The body are from the polish company Kromlech. I was really impressed with the quality of the mini. Much better than FW, unfortunately, the paint stuck perfectly (no washing needed), no bubbles, and very little work with cleaning up mold lines. Was very happy with the purchase. Only thing i really did, was swapping the Ork head, with one from a spare renegade tank commander, and removing some of the Ork glyphs.
And a picture, with a WIP conscript, to compare size . These guys really are big. Although i think he looks even bigger IRL
I might use him in the army, either as a Meganob, or preferably an ogryn. Kinda depends on how the new IG Codex is gonna turn out.
Well, that's all for now.
Kind regards

Beautiful idea, it fits perfectly with the renegade theme. It's dark, rusty and had something chaosyy in it! Keep it up!

Love the paint scheme that you've gone with very gritty and realistic. The bases are great too they really help to enforce the whole fighting in a city theme.

Great recyle/use of the Ork Megaarmoured bloke. He looks killer. Your limited palette is great, very earthy and gritty. Great job.
The Conscripts are great, and the basing makes them look cool in as a full unit.

I think most above have said it all. The colours used, ad the standrd of painiting and weathering makes it look fantastic. I would love to play against this army.
If you ever field them in a game, please take a couple of action shots as I think it would be an impressive look.
Your tin man is awesome, was it expensive to buy from kromlech? How doe sit compare in size to terminators or dreadnaights?
Can;t wait to see what you come up with next Automatically Appended Next Post: P.S. what technique did you use to get the glow on the eyes?

Thank you very much you guys.
I have finished 4 more conscripts, and one of the mortar teams er very close to being finished too. Will post pictures when i get a chance to take some in the foreseeable future.
The terrain piece is starting to come along again too. Havent really worked in a long time, but things are shaping up, and will post some pictures of the progress on that aswell.
Christopher@ ; I paid 55$ for them at their ebay store, and 6$ in shipping. I think its a tad bigger than Terminators, probably 1,5 cm higher.
The eyes were painted yellow with Vallejo Deep Yellow i think. Will take an extra look next time i get back. After that i either paint them with a thinned down Flesh Wash, or a thinned down slayer orange, depending on the shape of the eyes (going inwards or outwards). After this i follow with a highlight of the same yellow with some white added, and then finish with a white dot.
Kind regards

I really like these guys! I hope you left the sentinel alone, renegades can have clean equipment, I've seen bad guys that were filthy and their weapons were cleaner than them. Great stuff! The weapon crews are just awesome!!!!

Wow. What a wonderful army you are painting. Great figures and very well done paint schemes.
The thing that really grabs my attention is the orange lenses. I don't know what it is but that is the detail that really makes this army great.

Thanks, all of your comments are well appreciated
gianlucafiorentini123 ; the wicker are simply made of the shields from the whfb goblin regiment, just turned around.
Mayfist; I'm probably going to field them as meganobs (allied detachment), consisting of 3 meganobz and an Ork Warboss. Their gun fits quite well as a twin-linked shootas, and the huge drill...well i'd have no problem imagining that as a power klaw, or something with similar gut wrenching, bone splintering, destructive power
Don't have any new painted pieces for today (pictures of them at least), but the barricades (which will be a suitable Aegis Defence Line for my troopers) are coming along well, and i have really high hopes for this little project. I think it will turn out very well when i get to slab some paint on.

Took pictures of the 5 conscripts i finished painting some time ago. Or well, the whole squad+ the 5 new guys.
The third, and last, motar team is almost done. i have finished the base, motar, acessories and crewmembers, only need to finish their arms ATM.
I'm working on a flamer, regimental standard and another lascannon team as well... and the barricades, more conscripts, some regular grunts, and... well, lets just say i have my hands quite full with tons of unfinished, half done, nearly done, and far from done projects.
Hoping to be able to finish the motar, flamer and regimental standard at least in the coming week.
Kind regards
