What publication has its most recent rules?

IA:Aeronautica. This is very important because the revised rules there give it the 2+ jink save and vector dancer, which is why it's the best flyer for Eldar.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

As for your point on the Drake ansacs, I will admit now, I did forget that Vector Strike will ignore Holo-Fields completely, so that does make them more of problem. You can avoid it by deploying the Serpents far back enough alright, but that is admittedly allowing the Drake to dictate your deployment and/or movement, so I concede, I may have to rethink my stance of this one a little bit. All part of the learning process though
A drake will hit your serpent ~3 times each vector strike.

Each vector strike has a 1/3 chance of causing a hull point of damage, and a 1/36 chance of destroying the vehicle. While its happened where the vector strike can destroy an AV12 on a single vector strike (once I blew up a battlewagon with a single vector strike) its pretty darn rare.

What's more likely is you will lose 1 hull point. At that point, your going to be able to turn around and shoot that drake up the rear, unless it went off the board.

Makes sense given that it only has 2HP. Will need to get a copy of the book on loan and try it out in a few games.
