I do often feel bad winning... honestly I'd rather have all, or most, or even some, of my short term mini-goals reached in the game and have a great time playing, than win. I never play for huge prizes so beating my friends, or even strangers, in miniature-games really does nothing for me.

Meh...intentionally shooting yourself in the foot does a disservice to your opponent who should expect a real game. I'd honestly be offended if an opponent started playing with kids gloves.
Necessity is the mother of invention, and if you never get your ass handed to you, you will never get better. I learn a lot more from losses than from wins.

When my army is just a perfectly mean matchup against my opponent I feel bad. I recently played my first necron game against someone playing their first CSM game. They brought no anti armor at all. So I just cruised around with my ghost arc and A-barge blasting everything.
I had a small game with my daemons, my Lord of change went around slapping the heck out of everything. Killed a mace DP, 10 CSM, 10 raptors, and 7 more CSM in a different unit. It never got hurt thanks to its rewards and power rolls. I felt pretty awful, but was also pretty excited by the chicken beatstick.

I dont like games were after turn 2 the match is pretty much decided... Last week i made my opponent so angry by turn 3 he gave up He had 3 killed about 80% by that turn. And there was plenty of cover between us.. i rolled ridiculously good and he the exact opposite..
Crons vs Nids... its like DE vs Orks... no fun for orks/Nids

I got tabled by Tau a few weeks ago (I managed to kill 5 whole units) and came back the week after and beat the same guy by changing a few units.
Learn from mistakes or losses, no point getting mad at them.

I feel bad for winning when the win is a result of list matchup.
Like just the other day, I took on Dark Eldar with a Green Tide. I could have done nothing but sit on objectives all game and he couldn't kill enough boyz to stand a chance.
feth that gak man. I'm here to play a game, not to have the game handed to me on a silver platter because I won the proverbial paper scissors rock
