It's called a chocolate fondant.

Self Saucing pudding sounds worse, but in America we can probably get the meaning as fondant is also something used to decorate cakes.

The white of the cake is "fondant"

That's fondant icing not fondant cake, fondant is simply the french word for "melting".

Yeah, we call them Fondants au chocolat in French. Lava Cake in Frenglish, though.

I always cook mine for too long, so they turn into de facto brownies.

Tonight I'm grilling a flat iron steak, unless it rains and I have to broil it. It's been marinating since last night in soy sauce, some red wine, worchesteisisheirshire sauce and about 87 cloves of garlic. Just gotta grill it 4 or 5 minutes a side and it's ready to eat! And I'll have some left over garlic mashed taters on the side.

Thinking about slicing the meat real thin and making sandwiches instead, if I'm not feeling lazy and wanna stop and get some rolls on the way home.

1.) Soy sauce is easily one of my favorite marinades for red meat, especially pork. Most of my friends thought I was crazy when I first started using it.

2.) Glad I'm not the only person that mispronounces "worchesissher" sauce

And if you're drinkin' well, you know that you're my friend and I say "I think I'll have myself a beer"

Necros, I'm comin to your house for dinner. Set an extra plate. Lol

And I think the correct spelling is Worchestershire: easily the most misspelled word on the planet! Why couldn't they make it normal?!

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I just made my own candied ginger. I could have bought 3oz. pre-made or a pound of raw root for the same price. Just add water, sugar, and a bit of time and effort, and they are the same thing.

Tomorrow I make cookies.

Tonight, I take the ginger-infused simple syrup that is a byproduct of making the candied ginger, add some rum and tonic, and make something that resembles a dark and stormy.

And take some of the raw ginger I reserved when chopping it up and toss it into a stir-fry for dinner.

On that topic, making your own vanilla extract is hilariously easy.

Fifth of cheap vodka, 6-9 vanilla beans.

Slice vanilla beans longways, put in vodka. Shake every week for 3-4 months. Done.

Do only 2-3 vanilla beans for an amazing drink additive for root beer and Coke.
