I don't get it, they FAQ everyone to have to use the awful new servo-arm yet I don't see them FAQing the same books to be able to use the better items such as Grav guns or how the tactical squads are organized now.

If you're going to FAQ stuff you may as well bring all the codex astartes armies up to the same level. Odd how DA have the oldest gear yet somehow missed the boat on grav guns and the BA who follow the codex can't have a heavy weapon in a 5 man tactical squad :p

there's a difference between establishing continuity in wargear across imperial armies, and flat out changing the way a codex works. See the faq changes to stormshields in previous editions.

Still waiting for the Sisters condemnor boltgun/Psi-shock special rule to match the entry in the Grey Knight codex (perils on a hit instead of a failed armor save). Don't expect consistency from GW.
