I actually think the Op's ones are the best so far, maybe add one of the bigger leg armour plates down the front to give it a more protected looking chest would be about the only change I would make...

Very tempted to try a version based on strapping centurion style weaponry onto some of my normal terminators though.

I like Centurions... But I also like having options, and for once I GET BOTH. These things are really easy to convert to a form you find more suitable, as opposed to the dreadknight, and as I always say, even if they are pretty stupid, all options are welcome.

Since it plugs into the PA "machine spirit" and is operated in much the same way as the marine's own PA. Worn, more than piloted.
Since it is operated in this manner, there is no actual need to have them move their actual arms. The thought of doing so, and that impulse is diverted to the armour to move its arm instead.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I'm assuming this is in response to my earlier post.

I agree that would be a logical way of doing things and would remove the need for space to move the arms, I just don't think there is space in the shoulders to even fit the arms

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

It is nice to see that there are all this interesting detail under all that clunky armour. Having no leg armour at all makes the model look kinda top heavy though. Maybe attaching only the lower portion of the leg armour would work?

Problem with the marines arms is that the logically should be where the secondary weapons are, but there's no room there.

Where do his arms go?

Still, I like this idea quite a bit. My next step would probably be to remove the Space Marine helm and replace it with a suitable robot head, and call the thing a Mechanicum construct.
