Randomly Threw all this together in the last 3 hours rather than prep another 50-80 guardsman.

i can make a hydra and basilisk out of it but no clue how i should make a wyvern. thinking something like a TFC

Very nice stuff! Loving the support tanks, that's some reall nice plasticard work.

I worry that the AA gun won't be able to rotate thus loosing its ability to aim anywhere but forward,,,

i dont have a new hydra/wyvern kit but are they turret mounted?
That might be an issue though without interceptor i dont think it will matter as much.

Well getting distracted by fists again so i got most of this done yesterday.

Finally found a formula for yellow i like so im gonna be redoing my entire imperial fist army again. while i assembly line the 200 imperial guards behind him.

The turret is very similar to the quad-AA mount in the back of a WWII American half-track if that's any help...then again, you could probably find a picture of the Wyvern turret via Google.

It's a half-open turret, the gunner is standing up behind the front shield, and the weapons are mounted on top of each other on either side and can move independently.

Not sure if that helps but I can take pictures of my Wyvern if you want.

a friend of mine has a thud gun from forgeworld and its a perfect fit in the shell.

Now to buy or scratch build 3-4 :/

Lysanders about 99% done, gota just clean up some minor chips and do the decal on the shoulder (but forgot to take pictures today :/ )

Also just got a tempestas firebase but cant seem to find that formation which kinda bumbs me out. though i could always double cad in more formations

Got Lysander painted up. got a little bit of clean up and details but am basiclly done.

Now to do 200ish guardsman now that my dip is here, then will make a 10man hammernator squad to go with him

Wow its been a while since iv been here. Should probably update it with something so..

FLGS is starting a mordhime campaign so i picked orcs (they banned skaven

) problem being i have no clue how to name them so i needa get a boss name and a crew name. something mercenaryee.

And tis the season for resolutions so i guess il list of things to do for my own sake.

2000 points of imperial fist fully base coated
Doomrider fully finished

Dark Eldar painted in NMM (oh god why am i doing this to my self)

Well thanks. The knot chipped out on the side. so i burned it in an attempt to make it look interesting.

Now i need to figure out how to stain and seal it to show off the recesses a bit better.

Was thinking of airbrushing inks or washes then sealing the whole thing in polyurethane sateen.

More work done. did the snow and shaded stuff. the ink stain worked out so thats good

Also figured out why my picture size kept dropping off. didnt realize google photos downsized so now i need to upload to drive from my phone camera

Well all parts are based in bluegreen. now to paint all the details before assembly (my favorite :/ ) edit: tzneech damnit all how did i miss 5 more marines :/

the missing 5 base coated, all there backs painted and back packs glued.
just gotta do all the fronts, shoulder pads and details touch ups before washing.

needa get a zones blank plate to do resin bases for these guys. might have to just buy one.

Its inspired by Recalcitrant dazes blog. i think i first saw it on bolterchainsword but not sure. I certainly take no credit for the technique.
