The Dark Vengeance Box Set Would look really Cool as Nurgle (and if you want you could get some fallen Angels) but HELDRAKES!!!

As much as I love my forgefiends, get rid of it. One lone AV vehicle is just asking to get popped. spam AV or leave them on the shelf.

Depending on where you play, some places may allow for the NM champ to have a sonic blaster (by RAW this is not allowed). You have 5x PG in this army, 2x blast masters, 1 melta (+1 shot from another combi). Counting the champ as not having sonic and everyone shooting you will have 32/42 bolt gun shots. You will then have BBoS, Drakes, and 4x Obliterators (4 of whatever gun you want). You will be fine on anti-tanks. If you use the sorc for symphony of pain you can make the sonic blasters shoot up to strength 6 on a unit and blastmasters str 10 (after 2 use of the malediction on the same target). Make the MoN Lord your warlord and put him in the bike squad to harass, keep cultists in reserve as back up objective holders. Roll sorc on MoS and Biomancy

Cultists in reserve like before, Oblits and Havocs are on the skyshield (having a total of 3+ invulnerable saves, can change out one obliterator squad for another squad of havocs if so wished-but with different weapons then the one presented and they will always be cheaper then the 3 squad obliterators if you need more points), Rhino's and Bikers are moving forward.

I like the first list a lot, It is very close to what I had in mind and should pack a solid shooty punch. I will have to get to work on modeling and painting and FINALLY run a CSM list.

When I make the list Fast Attack is 540 pts? I have the 2 Baledrakes, and 4x bikers 1x biker champion (making 5 bikers) MON, 1x PG 1x Melta and champ with PF and Combi-Melta and I am getting that for 200 pts. Am I doing something wrong?

No you didn't, I forgot to add the MoN for the Bikers on my battle scribe- either take out the rhino or change out the PF for a PS on the biker champ and lose one biker. Will make the total to be around 2000 points if I didn't mess anything up.
The one bad thing about this list is that it is a lot of footslogging and a lot of points in HQ's. The sorc is needed to make the NM good enough to do damage and the Lords are needed to make everyone troop choices. my reasoning usually is that if the unit costs over 100 points, make sure it has the ability to kill something. Just always hope to get Master of Deception on your warlord table.

Ill have to test and learn with this list I guess, for now its off to painting!

Defilers... People have a lot of hate towards deffy but in games mine has never disappointed. (unless some cock does drop pod assault next to him and meltas his ass)
