The 4Ground Fable Realms houses look muche more fitting to me, especially since they are designed with FF in mind.

They do look very nice - though I'm not sure they were actually designed for FF. But they also don't have ships, docks, native huts, etc.

Look at some of the prmo pics, those are FF-minis beside it for size comparison. Everything else will show up later, but 8 buildings are not a bad start for the beginning. And to my eyes they look better.

Nope - it's going to be previewed on the first day of Spiel (which is the 16th IIRC). They hinted at possibly having another surprise there too. But it didn't sound like they were 100% certain it'd happen.
