Ghostwalk lets you land in, or across, terrain. This is very handy if there isn't normally room to land without taking a DT test.
For transports, this is very useful, as the vehicle lands in cover, and the troops run out and hide behind something.
Also, some units get to avoid jink saves (Dark Reapers), but don't avoid cover saves. Having layered saves can often be the difference you need to keep it alive.
Star Engines will get you up to 36" across the table, to drop off troops the next turn.
Add a holofield to this, and that's a 3+ jink save (I think, check the rules on flat out).
The best combo from above (better used on Falcon/Fire Prism) is the targeting array and star engines.
Zoom the full 12" + 24" and still get a full-BS shot off.
