I am surprised no one is saying Tau. I have seen a couple Tau versus Eldar games, they seem to do well against them.

IG weapons seem to be best at defeating the light targets most eldar are.

Yeah I find that IG does better against the eldar than it really should. Most eldar lists get too shooty I guess and that plays into the IG strengths.

With Aspect Warrior Eldar I mean Eldar that primarily use Aspect Warrior units, That is things like Fire Dragons, Howling Banshees, Striking Scorpions, Warp Spiders and Swooping Hawks. And with Wraith Eldar I mean Eldar that use primarily Wraith units, Wraithguard, Wraithblades, Wraithlords and Wraithknights. So i'm asking, Is Eldar that dosent use wraith unit spam good at dealing with eldar that use wraith unit spam?

Fire Dragons maybe their range is short. If you do not kill them all you WILL die a horrible death the following turn.
Howling Banshes...lol...Really? Next
Striking Scorpions not THAT bad but will never survive overwatch from Wrathguards with Wraith-flamer thing.
Swooping Hawks...never really used them. Not convinced they have the punch for this.

Which brings us to...Warp Spiders...

Warp Spiders have S6 weapons which can potentially deny the Wraith their 3+ save on a 6. Way more mobile than the Wraithguards and with their Jump, battle focus, jump you can kite the guards or keep pace with them.
Just make sure to kill your opponent's Warp Spiders or that trick will come back and bite you in the rear end.

Fire Dragons can have every warrior miss or fail to wound. Granted, the probability is low, but the frequency is at 4/6 for me right now...

Take it from a long term Eldar player and one who has used a wraith lists for about 10 years, Dark Eldar and Tyranids with toxin glands ruin me.

Heldrakes are good against wraith eldar.

Heldrakes are good against everything! mentioning them is pointless!
