Also, whoever mentioned the Farsight Enclave FAQ, it doesn't apply, this is a Codex: Tau Empire book list the OP's opponent is running.
Yes, but its Tau allied with the Enclave, as he mentioend Farsight Riptide Deathstar in his original statement, and latter on someone mentioned Shadowsun in the deathstar, out of either book this is impossible.
my opponents list is as follows:

Primary detachment:
warlord: farsight + 7 bodyguard and drones
2nd hq: shadowsun

Troop: 2 minimum firewarrior squads NO transport.

Heavy: x2 riptides with skyfirw+intercepter.

ALLIES: ULTRAMARINES

HQ: cheif libby tigurious.

Troop: x2 sqout squads withh ccw+pistols

Iv already prooven i can beat the list with the screamerstar by doing it but i dont own the daemons

Riptides are Elites, not Heavy Support.

Is this 1750?

Okay, I did misinterpret it. In that case your problem should be much simpler, get in combat and murder them. Or Heldrakes. Kill his minimalist troops and then focus on his deathstar. Placement can take out a lot of the Riptides effect.

EDIT: Still since I did bring up the Farsight FAQ might I add how silly it is he can't use Aun'va or Shadowsun when allied, but in the normal Tau book sure why not.

BTW that double DP list can be nasty but whatever you do don't throw a non MoN DP without ID weapons against a riptide and expect to win. That combat goes like this;
DP deals ~1-2 wounds, Riptide smashes and ID daemon prince...yep.

I am personally not a fan of large cultists blobbs without a preacher. Without decent leadership most opponent's will dispose of a cultist unit trying to act as bubble wrap in a single turn. If you are trying to win a tourney then you should probably plan on an opponent being able to cause at least 25% casualties to 2 of those squads a turn...this is bad because they will probably break.

Do you have any interest in running daemon allies? They could be a huge boon to your list.

If you want to run all those cultists then you should consider a preacher or taking zombies using typhus.

I would also consider a landing pad rather than an ADL. Your units under it can get cover and you can plop the predator with a wrap of cultists on top of it for a 4++ inv that cannot be ignored by the buff commander and markerlights.

The black legion artifacts are really excellent against Tau. If you set it up right you can make a lord with a rerollable 3++ inv save, EW, and a daemon weapon. It is pretty nasty and can tank a farsight bomb shooting fairly effectively.

I understand what you were going for with the cultists (limit where the bomb can go and buy time for the vulnerable stuff to work) but you do not have the ignore cover shots to kill it at range and the cultists don't have the moral to withstand more than a turn of concentration.

I'm sure every CSM Player would love DPs if they could take the Mark of Nurgle, unfortunately they have to settle with the Daemon of Nurgle, which isn't nearly as nifty. So, no T6. Assaulting MCs you can't kill on the charge is crazy for DPs to attempt without Iron Arm.

I completely agree, Shadowsun and Farsight should not be allowed in the same army. Though, many will make the argument that it represents before Farsight left while the Enclave Supplement represents after.

When I see Farsight in normal Tau colors I'll believe that one.
