If you want to see a movie that makes you feel like a human being exposed to pure warp, then watch the movie event horizon.

Parts seriously look like chaos cultists.

Edit: oh btw you can find it on netflix roughly an hr and a half long.

The best games that represents the imperial guard would have to the red orchestra series.

Gritty, just a great game I general.

Yeah...but you can still fight their horde-y goodness.

For that "it looks empty but OH GOD THERE ARE THINGS HERE" feel of a Space Hulk, you could do much worse than System Shock 2, or the original Aliens v Predator - the Marine campaign.

Imagine answering a distress signal and finding the ships inhabitants have either been driven insane by warp exposure or become chaos spawns.
"Dead Space"

Imagine you are a space marine and you get deployed to a research facility researching inter dimensional warp travel and chaos worshipping commander eager for daemonic assent creates a warp portal allowing denziens of the warp to flood in and possess or mutate the majority of the crew.

To a certain extent these also make me want to put Rage in there.

Whenever I play Dawn of War, I'm reminded of Warhammer 40k.

Halo feels a lot like 30k considering how you only fight xenos and other spartans.

But 30k has tons of Space Marines instead of one Space Marine running around with a pewpew laser gun and a toy machine gun shooting ewoks with plasma pistols. The scale of the game is entirely too small for something like 40k or, to an even greater extent, 30k.
