Raider: Transport capacity = 10 Source - DE codex, multiple spots
Grotesques = Bulky Source - DE codex, multiple spots
Bulky = Occupy 2 spaces in Transport vehicles Source - BRB P35

Agreed. "In all other terms it is treated exactly like a Raider" means the transport capacity is the same, as it does not give a special rule for the capacity (as it does for the weapons, etc.)

Oh yeah, definitely. I'm personally doing it the uber-cheapest route, using the old ravager kit as the Dais to differentiate it from my actual Ravagers on the board. The thing cost me about $15, then get a used Archon to kit-bash. Cheapest 400+ points ever, lol.
