For me, the best Anti-Air Orks have is Lootas and not the Dakkajet. S6 vs S7 can make a big different and even though Lootas are inconsistent in the number of shots they get, pointing 3 shots per model into the air will pretty much take out almost any but the toughest flyers in 1 round. Compare that with the Dakkajet's 6-9 TL S6 shots and you are attempting to do more glancing than penetrating hits.

I have had a squadron of 3 buggies camp a skyfire nexus in the Scouring on 1 game against a SM player with 2 StormRavens. The buggies did hit but it was just 2-3 hits that needed a 4 to glance, 5 to penetrate. It just wasn't as effective as a larger volley of fire.
