Yeah those studio paint jobs of nurgle stuff are pretty good but man is it a time consuming paint job to replicate (base white, 1-2 green shades, black, flesh, pink, red, 1-2 inks at a quick count).

They look okay if you start them base white and just put a dry brush of light green and a brown ink over that but the models are so detailed it is a shame.

Has op taken a long hard (lol) look at Slaanesh and read a bit of that lore?

As For Nurgle mInis My Wife's Plague Marine were sprayed white the followed by a load of washes and that looked good and was simple to do.

that's the whole point of nurgle it plays on the fear of death & disease
