Knights do tend to win or lose big, that is for sure. The more you take, the more lopsided it becomes. I think 1-2 Knights is the sweet spot, personally.

I'd have to agree on the number of Knights to take, it's always so hard to tell with a new unit, especially with all the other new stuff gamesworshop is cranking out. At least it feels like a lot of new stuff is getting rapidly released lol They're definitely and interesting unit though
