The FAQs are here: http://www.blacklibrary.com/faqs-and-errata.html
The DA FAQ going down had to do with them posting the wrong one previously. We don't have proof that a new DA FAQ is coming soon, we're just hoping the claim by Customer Service that the studio was working to update all the FAQs was true.
