Actually Eldar and Dark Eldar being battle Brother makes a lot more sense than a lot of the rest of them. They were at one time one people you know and it isn't all the uncommon for people to put aside their differences to work together. It's like in-laws. You don't always necessarily like them but when you have to you can put aside your differences and work together pretty well.

I will laugh at your frustration if the New ally matrix makes everyone battle brothers with everyone, including themselves.

You seem to not understand that you've decided to take a deathstar. You're already all in. Also, what other fething army has access to no less than Twelve strength nine shots for sixty points?

No, you silly xenos players only started saying that when it came out that DE/E was ridiculous. We all know you did because we ALL have that guy who complains that his beastpack/serpentspam list is completely fluffy.

Which it actually is. So is a Seerstar. You'll be hard-pressed to make a fluffy Eldar army which also isn't quite competitive. Unless of course you're building an Iybraesil army.

Build an army that doesn't run around in tanks.
As far as I remember, Aspects despise roaming around in transports, since it's not in their fighting styles to hide in transports while guardians driving the transports do all the work.

Well to correct you I don't have ANY DE models. I have 15k worth of Eldar though and I read up on the fluff. It does make sense for eldar and dark eldar to be battle brothers.

It makes the exact same sence as if C: SM and CSM were battle brothers. Yep, it's possible if you say that SM are renegades that have just turned and are basically CSM now but still maintain all the stuff from c: SM.
Probably if you say that you're playing eldar that have gone mad or got fooled by a cunning DE relative, it's gona be fine and fluffy. No offence but from my gaming experience most eldar players are as arrogant as their favorite fluff so they'll never accept something like this willingly and make up something rediculous instead just to play a broken combo and steamroll everyone without a second thought.

So you're passing judgement and taking shots as perceived personality traits of players based on their army choices? Correct me if i'm wrong, but it really sounds like that.
Fluff-wise, the 'Path of the ...' series of books has some insights to some of these things.
DE/E are actually somewhat close allies. There's a character in Path of the Warrior that was actually a member of the DE, but joined the Craftworld and became an Aspect Warrior. There's that fluff story where the DE showed up to help Iyanden when they were invaded by Orks, and again later they helped against Hive Fleet Kraken ( http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Battle_of_Duriel). This 'alliance' is no more than Eldar of both sides preferring to ally with other Eldar rather than any of the lesser races, due to the complete dispise they have for them. The Battle-Bro's with Tau is partly justified by the way Eldar view the Tau as gullible and easy to manipulate, while the Tau are just desperate for more friends to hang out with.
Also - Corsairs. Corsair fleets are a conglomorate of Eldar taken from both Craftworlds, Commorragh, Exodites or whatever. They field craftworld vehicles, dark eldar warriors and vehicles, anything they can get because they are freaking space pirates that serve both DE and Eldar.
Again in Path of the Warrior, the protagonist - a Striking Scorpion, hitches a ride in a serpent/falcon with his squad into battle.
And the Seer Council is a long established part of Eldar fluff. It was a specific unit in the Old Craftworld Eldar Codex, called "Seer Council". The protagonist in 'Path of the Seer' fights in a seer council. Never on jetbikes, but you get the picture.

Seer Councils have been in 40k since Eldar had their own books. They've always tended to be very nasty when fielded as one unit, but the invulnerability thing is newer.
As for aspect warriors and transports, of course they ride them. Not riding some form of transport means time wasted foot slogging. They may prefer to fight dismounted but foot marching long distances is just not the Eldar way.
As for the battle bros, the Dark Eldar one is a bit weird as the two are at best Tsundere for one another, but the Tau makes more sense given that many believe the Eldar have been guiding the Tau the whole time (and there is some evidence of this) and Eldrad among others has expressed a great fondness for them.

Please note, i wrote "from my gaming experience". I'm just stating what i've encountered and not saying that it's gona be 100% true towards other players i haven't met yet. Maybe i was just unlucky.

Mine doesn't. It's still strong enough to give the best of them a run for their money, at least around here.
Also, one of the main craftworlds, Biel-tan, uses almost exclusively Aspect warriors and vehicles(usually Serpents). Avengers and Wave Serpents are the bread and butter of Biel-tan. Of course, some players take it to extremes, but that doesn't mean it's not fluffy.

I have no issue with E/DE being BB's: they're aliens, of the same egotistical xenophobic species. We cannot know them.
CSM betrayed the Empire so of course SM hate them. If even the only thing that could save the galaxy from Orks, Tyranids, or Necrons was a SM/CSM alliance, they still wouldn't do it. Humans are jerks and hold long grudges.
One again the superior purity of Orks shines through: the bigger baddest ones leads. Other follow.

You could make this a poster and sell it, call me when your rich.
But as far as DE/E being BB just paint them all rainbow colors and treat them as space hippies spreading peace throughout the galaxy.

This is pretty funny of you to say seeing as how all Eldar are trained as at least guardians. that's why we all have BS4. So i don't think we are trying to spread peace through the galaxy as we are a warlike society (Khaine) and we most certaintly aren't hippies or we wouldn't be fighting at all and just smoke warp dust and wait for Slaanesh to consume us.
