Well, Pamela Islay / Poison Ivy is supposed to be in it. However, I'd never really describe her as a business woman. On the other hand, the character does have a preference for green, with red hair.

The other woman is a new character not in the comics.
Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney: an imposing, hotheaded and notoriously sadistic crime boss and nightclub owner with street smarts and almost extra-sensory abilities.
She is a predecessor to The Roman and other crime bosses that are in the city by the time Batman starts Batmaning it up.
Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
