It wouldn't need to be a catheter, just a supportive cup with a tube that drains urine away into the fusion reactor, or whatever it does with it.

The Cypher data slate contains a short story about one of the Fallen which mentions him having a 'harem'. This would indicate that, no, they are not eunuchs, and do obtain satisfaction from the experience.

They're chemically castrated and don't experience lust anymore.

However, I'm sure that their sex drives could be enhanced, whether through technology or daemonic mutation. Say there's an army of deaf people. Some mutineers might get hearing aids so that they can listen to all the music they've been missing out on.

Well, many of the Fallen were not actually full marines. They were Knights of Caliban given enhancements to allow them to be comparable to Astartes, but they're still human.

That many of the Dark Angels were not fully marine is true, but many of the sources regarding the Fallen indicate that most, if not all, of them, were 1st generation Terran marines. So yes, it's possible. Do we chalk it up as an unconfirmed/undecided?

The two lines of thought tend to be that they are either castrated or have a massive horse cawk stashed in their codpieces.

Whatever their codpieces contain the only gun they like to shoot is a bolter. Whether that's because their drive is chemically neutralized, destroyed as a side-effect during the process of becoming a marine or kept at bay by the psycho-indoctrination is anyone's guess.

But it does make sense to me that they'd also be unable to breed, not just unwilling. The marines were created to be warriors and protectors of humanity. If they're unable to breed their own humans they actually have to take a few steps to protect at least their own recruiting populations lest the Chapter go extinct with the destruction of humanity.

Actually it dose cause weight gain. The reduction in testosterone causes the body to lay down fat and also the person to become less active. Its something that can be seen in castrated dogs all the time.

I think your misunderstanding how much is removed with castration.

There is no evidence at all that they are castrated in any way. Many people now and through history have made a choice to be celibate without castration. It seems that in our modern sex obsessed world many people seem to want to ignore this, or see it as something strange or wrong.

This is just my opinion; I imagine that they would have their "bits" intact because those in charge would want the aggressive hormones like testosterone. Then with the use of propaganda and prayer, sexual desire is curved into more violent activities, which may or may not be related psychologically (depends on how much you believe in the relationship between sex and violence)(oh and I have no real world knowledge of that subject just to be clear, just making a connection for storyline purposes)

After months of flying through space praying, man handling one another (wrestling) and other monk/solider like activities. They are able to focus all that pent-up sexual and fanitical rage to smite the enemies of the Emperor.

As for fertility or sterility it doesn’t really matter until you consider Chaos Marines who may have the desire to rape, which I would imagine followers of Slannesh actively participate in. Fertility or sterility has zero connection wither or not someone can actually have or desire sex. As the subject is not a very nice one it would obviously be left out of a book intended for such a large age range. I could agree with chemo sterility as a secondary result of the gene therapy and implantation surgeries they undergo. It would make sense and easier to explain lack of space marine-human hybrids.

Rape is not a crime of passion, it's a crime of power. It's an act of dominance, not lust. I am under the impression, however, that the studio doesn't realize this, given the way that they've phrased its usage in various parts of the stories.

There's honestly probably pages that could be written about how the writers wrote the ideal man who has no desire for women and reproduces through implanting his "seed" which is usually harvested due to violence in another man.
