Parts for Genestealer hybrids:

Gor heads (with their goatees trimmed off and the space for the horns filled in with green stuff) make for a good basis for hybrid heads, due to their elongated snouts. Similarly, the legs have similar jointing patterns as genestealers; though you'll probably need to green stuff some exoskeletal segments at the joints.

Lieutenant Varras, from BfM, makes for a good, classic 4th-gen hybrid, with his raised collar and unusual weaponry.

The two unarmoured cadian bodies from the tank sprue make great bases for generic imperial-style clothing.

You need to make the models looks sneaky and deformed. Bizarrely, necrons' hunched bodies and crooked legs should make for a decent skeleton to sculpt cloaks over for earlier generation hybrids.

Work on your green stuff skills to constuct hoods, ribbing and raised collars on current models.

House Cawdor and House Delaque gangers from Necromunda are perfect fourth generation hybrids, with just a little adjustment.

the level of "genesealerfication" depends on wich generation it is.
so..
patriarch - stealer from wich all hybrids decend
1:st gen. - stealer with some human features three or four arms, can´t conceal mutations.
2:nd gen. - human with some stealer features. two or three arms. boneridges in forehead.
3:rd gen. - mostly human. purple taint in skin tone. can conceal their true nature.
4:th gen. - human but with an alien feel to their gaze.
5:th gen. - purestrain genestealers.

when the fifth generation matures revolution is imminent. they rise to power and try to overthrow the goverment in the infected society.

Good advice, why is it blue?

Anyway I strongly recommend the plastic plague monks as well.

The purple is really working. It is nice that you can mish-mash the whole force with gangers and IG.

this always confused me, when I think purestrain genestealer I think of the 6 limbed rending horror. or is it a true copy?

A gun is a medium, a bullet a brush.
