Angels of Deliverance

Quartered bone and green armour, black robes, same for all Companies. Markings similar to Dark Angels, but red instead of white.

A third founding Chapter, derived from the Angels of Absolution.

Like the Angels of Absolution they don't feel any degree of personal guilt for the crimes of the Fallen, instead seeing their pursuit of the Fallen as a holy duty. They are a bit less driven in their hunt, and will not abandon Imperial forces, leading to a bit better relationship with other Imperial Forces than is normally seen among the Unforgiven.

Their Chapter Master has never been seen leading a blob of 50 Imperial Guardsmen in order for them to benefit from his personal force field. He prefers to lead a small group of power armoured veterans.

I have at least half of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd companies.

I've finished the DV set, added some scouts and Sammael, and have a lot more on the way. Currently learning the game by getting my arse kicked in a Killteam campaign.

8000 points of deathwing, ravenwing, and normal dark angels with the support of 1 warhound titan.

Just started an angels force myself, gonna be a successor chapter of my own design. Starting with the bikes, as black knights are what has always drawn me to them, something about plasma and rending S5 attacks I love. Not sure bout the names yet but I want red angel wings for everything (sadly blood angels is spoken for)

Sorry to say but incorrect. Under the older books 100 was correct. The newest number is unknown. Same for ravenwing. 3rd to 9th are 100 marines strong. 10th is scouts and the number is unknown.

I have DA. I can bring 100 1st company, about 30 bikers, 4 assault bikes, 8 land speeders and a full 3rd company. Toss in about 8 dreds,12 tanks and 20 hq models. Total points (last codex) 10k easily.

My Girlfriend plays a homemade successor chapter, "Angels Fantomatique"
They have bronze colored armor that has grown blue with patina. Fluff-wise, they stripped their armor and allowed it to corrode aesthetically to atone for the Fall.

Normally an Ork and Chaos player. I built a Dark Angel army for the Eye of Terror summer campaign (yeah that one a long time ago). We were short of the "good" side and I always liked the background of DA. So I painted up approx 1000 pts and have played them off and on since.

So...including the Dark Vengance box figs I have a nice balanced force:

3 tactical squads
1 Attack wing (6 bikes attack bike land speeder)
1 land raider
1 Terminator squad
1 dreadnaught
1 razerback
assorted HQs

and its actually all painted! Unlike my Orks and Chao who are about 90% painted.

I have 5th Company as well as elements from 1st,2nd and 10th company.

before i even got my current sm army, i spent quite some time reading fluff and considering which chapter to go with. in the end, it came down to a tough call between da and raven guard successors, but i went with the raven guard.

Im slowly building a massive DA army known as the whitewalkers legion that's currently in civil war their deathwing and ravenwing are fighting each other

I just started a Deathwing army, but down the road I will include some tactical units and bikes. The majority of the models came from the DV set. I converted some older models into TH/SS termies, too. Looking forward to getting them on the table soon.

I proudly collect dark angels, (havent had a game with them in over a year) getting a lot of time painting them.
Started off with deathwing last edition, actually got pretty good with them, had a nasty DW/ RW list that most people at my LGS were loathe to play, it became my ringer army. Since this new edition, i have gotten behind building my greenwing force (aided much by the new DV sets) i now have enough rhinos and drop pods to kit out the 3rd company with whatever deployment method they need.

A long, long time ago when i started to collect DA, I chose DA because of the broad range of paint schemes, so I wouldn't be so bored painting all one color.

Almost finished the full 4th company with elements from the 1st and 2nd to hunt the fallen and I call it a crusade company. DA have always been my favorite marines.

Angels of Absolution, I have 3rd Company and 1st Company and a bunch of other stuff.

I've got arround 8000pts of DA that I started collecting in '96. I started painting a few squads as Angels of Absolution back then but have recently gotten back into 6th ed after a 10 year break (just in time for 7th ed >_<. The Deathwing and Raven wing are great now...Back in 2nd ed they were only an auto-pass on a jink test away from vanilla.
