Good luck to you buddy. I should have done a write-up of how I made minor modifications to the heads to get them to fit on the marine torsos.

You end up having to shave off a good amount of the underside of the beard, and sometimes smooth down part of the Marine Torso depending on the decoration they have on there. Also, you will need to make a neck, dwarves have no neck. I used green stuff to roll tiny balls and use that as the neck for the heads.

I sometimes use the little cylindrical bits off sprues - you know the bits that just stick out randomly from the sprue for seemingly no reason? Slice one off and you have a nice cyclindrical neck.
