Call it what you want. Hulk was the first movie.

Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Can it be?....Frazz has just unleashed his hidden weiner dog from his mini bag, while quoting shakespeares "Let slip the dogs the war!!" GG

It was built to be both, oddly, and it worked. And Fraz, I think you have another senile point: the Ang Lee one was terrible. The IH was much better.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

The second one was comic book crap. The first one explored Daddy issues, rage, childhood trauma, and killer poodles. It also had amazing visual scenes.

Plus Ang Lee Hulk would have punched Ed Norton Hulk through the face. Their strengths were geometrically different. Ang Lee Hulk was a force of nature, effectively a form a nuclear reaction that would continuously build until it overcame whatever obstacle was opposed to it. Ed Norton Hulk could do none of that.

Points for having Ed Norton though, although he was better in Budapest Hotel.

Hulk was, as well as being a much better movie.

That wasn't part of the Avengers-verse, though, was it? I though TIH was a reboot rather than a sequel?

I think TIH might have been the film that launched the term "requel." Superman Returns probably fit that description also.

Or was SR a "seboot," since it was a somewhat different exercise?

Bah, that's already too much of my time wasted pondering those two piles of poo.

Ang Lee's Hulk was flawed but a lot more ambitious, and I'll take that any day over middle of the road story telling. That being said the best version, to my mind, is the Avengers Hulk, excluding the "I'm always angry bit".

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
