What if the eldar are just using the warp to teleport in reinforcements?
Additionally why do you need to change it from demons? Demons are a fluffy thing for any psyker to summon. Demons are always willing to make pacts with psykers. The catch is that its discouraged because you can't outsmart the demons forever. Its a desperate maneuver but they are desperate times.

Soulstones have trouble entering the Warp, so its more likely the psker is guiding reinforcements through the Webway. Same idea, only a technical difference.
That's why we're working on counts-as lists, although an actual alternative list would be awesome (equal-points Banshees in place of Blood letters? Seems fair). Counts-as would be much more viable solution, but equal-points would be more fun. Automatically Appended Next Post: Farseers summoning demons would require them to ignore their bounds and remove their ghosthelms.
If a farseer were unbound, they'd go quite crazy. A Guardian ignoring their bounds would be a powerful sorcerer. A farseer would punk DPs if it did. So a Farseer going all Demo would be doing a lot more than a couple lesser demons or a single DP a round (although instantly becomming a LoC might be reasonable). Demo summoning would only be part of what an unbound Farseer would be doing. And they would be creating and compelling demons, not bargaining with them.
The Farseer would have to take off their Ghosthelm first. This would alert all other Eldar.
Once all this started, the rest of the force wouldn't work with that seer. Probably do something about it immediately.

Some good ideas here
We were talking about using an entire force of fallen Eldar /those on the Path of Damnation - which could look awesome on the table
Warboss Tuska for the Orks - Khorne recreates him every day to fight eternally.....
St Celestine for the Imperium fits perfectly

Are there any good sources of material for imagery of Eldar on the Path of Damnation? I like this idea!

Not really - back in the distant mists of time there were some converted Chaos Eldar in White Dwarf - oh and I would be careful looking for images on the web............
However if you look at any other Chaos influenced figure - just chnage the base template to Eldar and your good to go..............
A Khorne foccused Eldar army could look really good
The Dark Elf Statute of Khaine (Blood Thirster), Howling Banshees (Bloodletters) etc.
Also you could use Dark Eldar - there are quite a few instances of them forming pacts with Daemons

I'm going to make some custom Arco flagellants to use as daemons of khorne being teleported in from a ship or a base somewhere using the psyker as a beacon.

I was of the mind that for races like the Eldar and Orks, they would just warp in reinforcements through Webway "beacons" and Telyporta relays. The biggest problem I see here though is in regards to the Loyalists version of "Summoning" since their ranks are so bloated that they could bring anything and everything from Astra Tempestus to freaking Grey Knights at a moments notice.
So the balance isn't quiet right.

Freki and Geki? You mean Leman Rus' wolves are spirits????
From the SW codex, psychic powers, fury of the wolf spirits:
' Invoking Freki and Geri from the netherworld, the rune priest sets the charcoal-black spirits of the two most exalted of the thunderwolves upon the foe. '
