For such an interesting army they really haven't been given much in the sense of firepower.

Nor have they been given a serious codex update since.... when was witch hunters that was really SoB+Ecclesiarchy+Hereticus Inquisition?

There's hope they might be getting an update after the rest but that's the best bet.

Some time between 2001-3 and 2007-9 was Witch Hunters.

My memory for time is spotty. I can remember every plot point of every episode of Stargate SG-1 (so long as something reminds me of some part of the episode) but I can't remember the year I started watching it.

I started playing WH40k in 2001 (because it was during 8th grade), stopped in 2003 due to medical issues (the year before I was diagnosed), saw a Codex: Sisters of Battle for sale at my FLGS at some point in there. I didn't start a Sisters of Battle army until 2007-2009, in 5th edition, by which time Codex: Witch Hunters was out.

Ahh, I love being a Sisters of Battle player who also plays WoW.

It's so FUN to see the "Horde Favoritism" crowd in WoW complaining about how the Orcs get all the spotlight for the current and next expansion, and how they overdramatize their "neglect" by Blizzard.

I haven't been a Sisters player as long as many of you guys have, so I like to say, "Guys, if you think the Alliance has it rough, let me tell you about how the Sisters of Battle are treated in WoW..." and then I go on a long spiel about all the stuff Sisters of Battle don't get and every other army does/has gotten, and then I top it off with a nice, "...and they STILL don't complain as much as you guys do." Sometimes I like to describe what WoW would be like for Alliance players if Blizzard treated the Alliance the same way Games Workshop treats the Sisters of Battle. To be honest, I'm not sure anyone ever read something as long as that was, but still, it shut em up good during the whole Azeroth Choppers thing when the Horde bike (trike? one-person half-track? whatever) won. Well, in that particular thread, which was quickly buried under a landslide of identical complaint threads.

For the life of me I can't seem to find the special rule for the sister's saying that they can outflank

Any unit with Scouts will also have Outflank.

Look at the Dominions Unit special rules (Fast Attack).

Immolators were becoming my favorite thing in the SOB dex. It used to be Exo's, but they're just too unreliable at times.

Fox is right, drcheese.

We are the Adepta Sororitas. We don't need hope. We have Faith.

(also, Outflanking: it's the Dominions unit's special rule, Scout, that allows them to do this.)

Pity. I was thinking outflanking Rhinos...

I believe that's possible too, since the rhino is also a dedicated transport option for Dominions. If you were thinking of Rhino with outflank rules, I guess that's not available.

Well, since you can use a minimum squad of 5 basic Sisters as an allied Troops component, you can then throw in a decent-sized unit of outflanking Dominions (in a rhino, immolator, or repressor) for relatively little extra cost.
