Clearly if you think total shambles wasn't a ripoff company then you wasn't some1 who had to wait over 5 months for an order. And still didn't get it. And then had to threaten the use of an online ombudsman to get ur money refunded.

How is it not a rip off to take 500 pounds of some1s money on a 'preorder' and then still not bother to ship it for over 5 months. That's a ridiculous amount of time. And to top it off they rarely replied to emails and when ever they did it was just full of empty promises.

You may not celebrate its loss but I for one most certainly will and I'll smile, laugh and raise multiple drinks to the fact, if for nothing else then for ruining my most anticipated gw release that that I had to wait almostbhalf a year to enjoy.

Whatever went on behind the scenes they deserve what happened purely from the abysmal way they treated their 'fellow' hobbyists.

Certainly had some not so positive experiences with TWG and I'm not surprised if they've gone under, however, and if this hasn't been pointed out elsewhere MYTHREAL is also (or at least was) trading under the same address as this company, I can't seem to find a physical address on that site anymore.

Yeah, as I mentioned, Mythreal is 'undergoing maintenance.'

Just a quick update. I kept pestering via e-mail and always had a reponse within 24 hours. I honestly thought I was being fobbed off with lame excuses, I work in the banking industry so know the timescales for payments. Much to my surprise my money was returned. While not the best experience at least its over and I wish my fellow hobbyists the same results.
