That means the blast marker affects all levels, since there is nothing saying otherwise.

You cannot use rules of the past. Blast rules say it affects all models under the template, due to no terrain level rules nothing says you cant simply "put" the blast template over the ruins and hit every level.

Believe me i fething hate this change. We use a lot of multi-tiered terrain and now i find myself avoiding them like the plague.

Or, y'know, you could always house rule it...

The rule isn't for blasts it for TftD, and it specifies itself that it can only hit units on the ground floor. I don't see why this would stop working because the core rule ok no longer specifies, the rule for TftD itself makes the distinction and it's pretty clear what they are going for. Exactly what are the changes to levels in ruins for 7th? What did they specifically change, I know levels aren't a thing any more but what wording change resulted in this?

P.S.A. I won't read your posts if you break it into a million separate quotes and make an eyesore of it.

Gee, thanks.

Or.... you could actually read the rules of the present and see that TftD specifically covers this and states it only effects models on the ground floor.
