That list is greatly lacking in the anti-tank department. Take out the tank-bustaz ASAP and he'll only have his warboss left to dead with AV13 and AV14 (monolith). The deff dread, should he bring it, is a piece of cake to stop with gauss.
If you want to exploit that weakness, you should hide your warriors in Ghost Arks (those are pain to deal with in close combat) and maybe add another barge or two. Personally I've found monoliths pretty difficult to deal with, but I'm told that they aren't very point efficient.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.

-3 Tomb Blades w/ Particle caster (harrassing the mob without wraiths charging, then jumping back at the end to contest his objective)

Well... it hits 1300pts perfectly lol. I could switch out the Ghost ark for a Night scythe and give the wraiths more stuff :/
It does sound like a fun list tho haha!!

Dakka is the ork word for shooting, but the ork concept of shooting is saturation fire. Just as there is no such thing as a "miss" in a target-rich environment, there is no such thing as a "dodge" in a bullet rich one

This totally proves my suspicion that some people post "moar boyz!!!" in every thread asking about list advice without knowing what's going on or even bothering to read. So, wallygator, enlighten us: Why should a necron player take boyz?

Well, as bad as the monolith is, it's pretty good against a green tide army. So use it to kill his boys. Then just get Ghost Arks filled with warriors and kite whatever is left around the board. Also, Annihilation barges are almost a must have.

Here's an idea: how about you use BOTH THE NIGHT SCYTHE AND THE GHOST ARK.
You are using an army whose specialty is shooting and mobility.
Orks specialty is numbers and close combat.
I love Wraiths+D.Lord to death, but by taking so many of them you are playing to his strengths while neutering your ability to take things that will give you the upper hand.
Maximize your strengths while minimizing his ability to use his strengths. (get as many of your guys off the table and into vehicles. GA or NS, it doesn't matter, they're both excellent. He can't kill them if he can't catch them). Anything that threatens your vehicles is your top priority. Take them out and he'll be powerless to do anything.

I like the wraiths idea, would make for a fun game.
If you really want to focus on just winning then bring a Cron-Air list, because there is not much those orks could do against flyer spam. Fly on, blast the flash gitz and tankbustas, then mop up. Super cheesy though.
