Its no DS9 but its far better than Voyager.

Not the first season. At least Voyager had it's so-bad charms, like psycho Janeway and cut-away-Chakotay and Poor Dumb Harry. First season Enterprise was without redemption.

If you really want more Trek, go to the novels. Most of the not-based-on-TV-series crews were well done, as well as the post-2009 Prime universe.
