Hmm, I suppose there's no need to argue about it anyways. Like I said, we'll get to see sooner or later whether it applies to the loyalist Thousand Sons anyways, unless Black Library just completely drops that plot point (which I doubt they will). Or maybe it does apply to them but they find some alternate cure anyways. I'm sure all we really need to do is wait another 5+ years for the Horus Heresy to advance a bit farther to find out.

Hypothetically speaking, if the issue never comes up at all with the Loyalist TS and they hypothetically become the Blood Ravens in a BL book down the line, I wonder if that would be because "the flesh change never could affect them because they were loyal" or instead be because "writer-FAIL".
