The only real love for Tzeentch in Fantasy is *if* you want some sword&board warriors, (Nurgle or Khorne chariots are however kings of Core), and the so-called 'unkillable' builds for BSB's or Disc-riding wizards through 3++/re-roll 1's build.
Nurgle overall is the best mark because -1 to-hit on already high WS units is absolutely godly. Plus Nurgle wizards get access to Death magic, which is still in the top 3 for 'best magic lore' in the game. (I'd argue that Slaanesh is easily no.1 though, because Caco Choir is broken as hell!)
The only time Slaanesh is considered in WoC is whether or not you want to run a Cacobomb'ing DP over the staple Nurgle build... and that decision is really based on how elf-heavy one's local scene is.

and the great difference is that the 5++ parry only applies to tz warriors in cc to the front where they can parry. The MoN -1 to hit applies 100% of the time

Tzeentch deserves the love far more, since he's currently the only God who's now completely lacking a dedicated marked unit.
Khorne & Slaanesh could use another dedicated unit each themselves sure, but it's only fair & right that Tzeentch goes first since Khorne already has Skullcrushers to call his own.

oh ya you're right. Slaanesh and Tzeentch always get the short end of the stick.

Undead (Tomb Kings, Vampire Counts, others)
Chaos (Beast, Daemons, Warriors)
Humnity (Empire, Bretonia, others)
Elves (Dark, Wood, High)
Dwarves
Orcs and Goblins
Might be some more Chaos characters in the other End Times books like there was in the first?
And that is the death of warhammer.
Truer words havent been spoken about end times.....
