Oh, casting? Yeah, I can see that. I just did 1k of Poles and had three miscasts, but Rich Dando (their new CS guy) had replacements delivered to me within a week (and also let me buy a few individual poses, too, which aren't avaialble on the site for Poles)

These are to be plastics, not metals.

I've had some miscast (and missing) metals in the past, but they were replaced very quickly and efficiently.

Warlord bought their entire range, though. So all the metals will be available, along with the intended release of the plastic kit.
