Love the variety of different models you use. The turtle is a great looking mini.

Looking great man! I love the little tree man fellow. The Manikins for Circle are always a little meh looking to me and I had been projecting on making some forest Putties from Phantom Brave to replace them, but those dudes are a good stand in as well!

I can't wait to face those gators on the table top!

I love everything about this except the feet... Looks like he should be swimming, or crawling through a swamp... which is an idea. If you plant his feet up to the knuckles in mud, I think the posing would work better.

Fantastic work integrating in the chains, though.

That's a great point, Iain - hopefully the basing helps blend it in... the base does have a raised lip so some shallows / swamp would actually work really well in it!

I'm happy to say that Ramos Asura of Rollin' All Ones has agreed to paint the army, so I will be sending it to him tomorrow and once he gets to it in his queue, updates will be in his P&M blog here.

Once he's done with it (by August), I'll get it back and put on some sweet lasercut base labels which will double as front arc indicators (so I'll actually have them on all of the models, even the official PP ones).

That's very exciting that Ramos will be painting the army.

Wave One of Project Deathroll has been completed by Rollin' All Ones Studio, and it's amazing

You can see more pics in their commissions gallery here (some are on the second page):

Rollin' All Ones Gallery

They're about to start on Wave Two, which comprises:

Two units of Croak Raiders
Wrastler and Blind Walker
Some Solos... plus Calaban, who is suddenly viable with the introduction of the Blind Walker

The croaks are using these models from Gaspez with spears added:

The Blind Walker is the big gator shown on the first page here which I had Rollin' All Ones wait to complete once news of the Blind Walker leaked! They will be adding a brazier with flame to the back of it . Since that model will be used as the Blind Walker, I built a new big gator for the Wrastler, the Deathscale model from Minion Miniatures - on the right of the below pic:

From left to right in the pic:

Mago from Arena Rex (counts as Pendrake - so hard to find a model with a net!)
Bloody Barnabas
Autaia from Kaha Miniatures (converted with tentacles, counts-as Thrullg)
Cephalid Scientist (counts-as Witch Doc)
Deathscale (counts-as Wrastler)

There's also a Totem Hunter (predator model from predastore), another Witch Doc And Bull Snapper, Calaban, and the Blind Walker... and then that's it, Project Deathroll will be complete! Just wanted to update here for anyone following this thread but not Rollin' All Ones - you can follow the progress of Wave 2 in their P&M Blog on Dakka here

Looks like quite a lineup!

Ramos did a lovely job on those, really looking forward to the next phase.
