If you are, are you prepared for the ones that have storm bolters to pay five points for them, even though your salvo 2/4 storm bolters are actually worse for power armored models than normal rapid fire bolters?

I will end up using (or trying to use) all of the entries in this codex in different combinations. Yes, it would take a while. I know that much.
So far, I've had a few games using: Kraken Dismantlers, Helios vets, Gadreel, Gadreel's Bodyguard, Azazel, Ezekiel, the Helios Psyker, Kraken Hunters, Tactical Squad, Dreadnought Squadron, Drop Pod, and the My Borther's Keeper formation.
Not all at once, but in different combinations. It is difficult for me to get an awful lot of games in, so I'm happy with what I've been able to test.
Next time I get a chance, I'll use the MotF, a couple of Techmarines, and maybe throw a couple of servitors in there.

I don't own Libbys or Techmarines with storm bolters, no. Luckily, the group I test with does not mind if I proxy a bolt pistol for one. So long as they know before we start setting up, it's on my roster, and as long as it isn't "this bolt pistol IS a storm bolter, this one is NOT. This one is, and this one isn't either.
All or none, basically (barring the entries that only come with a SB or BP and have no swapsies option).
They know that if it works, if I enjoy using it, etc, then I'll end up modelling one on. If it's underwhelming, I'll go back to the drawing board.
I haven't had a chance to try storm bolters on non relentless models yet, but I'll see how it fares.
