I made some out of pvc pipe ends and caps. The caps I did not attack and only sit on top so you can spin them for mounting whatever weapon you with.

Pros- cheap. less than $10, more realistic in size depending on size you use. The one I used is slightly bigger around than the "tube" of the official one but less big around than the 'official one with doors opened.

Cons- Doesnt look as fancy. You need to liven it up as it looks more like a building than a vehicle. Solid so cant draw a LOS through it.

I have 3 of them. one is "completed aside from mounting the weapon.

Just bear in mind that the paint job totally sucks and I did not attach anything extra. It was a test project to get gemeral measurements and see if it was possible before I made my actual use ones for myself and gave these 3 away.
