40k: range 18" S* AP2 salvo 2/3, concussive, 'graviton'. graviton - roll to wound against the targets armour save. for vehicles roll a d6, 1-5 nothing, 6 takes a hull point and immobilizes the vehicle.

30k: range 18" S* AP4 heavy1, blast (3"), concussion, 'graviton pulse', haywire. graviton pulse - targets caught in the blast have to roll equal-to or under their strength on a d6 or take a wound (a 6 always fails) the template then becomes difficult and dangerous terrain for the next turn.

I think 40k graviton may be better.
