Checked, he can, the orders are alot less powerful, no ignores cover and such.
Favourite Game: When your Warboss on bike wrecks 3 vehicles simply by HoW - especially when his bike is a custom monowheel.
Tank Commanders can only issue orders to their own Tank Squadron. They're limited to a total of 3 orders which are different from the normal orders, none of which are particularly stellar and some simply bypassing the restrictions of being squadroned in the first place. They're really rather lame.
