Got a very Terminator, Hunter-Killer look to it.

Exact same wording in Codex: Dark Eldar, Harelequins and Grey Knights (all 7th ed Codexs).
But I think we all get the point now

WHOA! HEy Gearz! loving those models! so frckin ORKIE!

Whats the base model used for the morka/gorka? Some toy? I love the gunz on the left arm, so mahooosive and so many!
Cant wait to see them painted up

I do agree, magnetise where possible, just makes it so much easier to run alternate lists.

Favourite Game: When your Warboss on bike wrecks 3 vehicles simply by HoW - especially when his bike is a custom monowheel.

terminator hunter killer was the idea. a friend had given me an extra chimera, and i had bought a skyray misslle gunship set, soon enough an ork contraption had appeared from the local mekshop.

the gorkanauts base model is a hulk toy i found at target (a few months back). everything is almost as is on him except his legs and head. his originall legs were fairly tall, so i cut them off, added a cybork leg made from a zeon model (gundam), and kept his other foot, the huge metal skirt also hides that he is barely attached to those legs of his. infact, i didnt finish the gluing for that, so if he ever gets an explodes result i can detach his body from his feet and an instant crater scorched area appears (ill paint those with skorch marks). his head i also had to change since the ork models had Banner's mangy hair with the face. so i cut the back of his head off and reconstructed the back of his head with plastic card and green stuff, made his cranium look exposed and sculpted a brain there.

now for the gorkanaut the only magnetized weapons are the deffstorm mega shoota, and the skorcha (which replacements are kmk and kmb). i decided to put all his weapons on one arm. the reason being that he actually stands a little taller than an imperial knight! (might run him as a "counts as" ally in a few games), so to avoid people claiming me putting weapons higher on the model for height advantage i just put them all on his arm as a sort of robocop arm weapons attachment which is at the height of a standard gorkanaut. you can barely see it in this pick, but his melee arm that is supposed to represent the claw of gork or mork is instead his fist in a custom made gauntlet that is covered in every inch in huge spikes (spikes i got from the stompa kit), so his main form of attack is punching and backhanding the living daylights out of anything in his way.

ounce i get a better camera i will post better quality pics with more angles and showing off all their cool features. thx for the compliments, ive done one tournament with these models already and got nothing but "congratz", even though i did lose a few games.

"dont put all yer boyz in one trukk" "umless its dredds, then take as much uf those as possible"

geargutz interpretation of the 'umies "eggs in one basket"
