There are a couple of smaller African countries who have not visited, but basically everywhere else on the planet has.

No non-states other than the EU have flags. The EU flag is a catch-all rather than a particular location that we set for people.

Crimea, etc are automatically reflagged when the ownership of the IP addresses switch, but we have only a handful of Ukrainian registered users anyway.
