Even if you can use Runes against a Blessing, you still need, on average, more than half again as many dice for an even chance (50-50) to deny.

If you can't, you need exactly 3 times as many dice for an even chance.

I'd focus on Invis going off.

To deny though, you should just need to deny some of the dice, and not all of them, in order to stop a power from going off?

No, you must stop every success.

As others have said, spread out, use your movement and firepower. You should be able to determine what you sacrifice and where.

Give up a few smaller and weaker squads, and have your other units ready to pounce in on the units after they have killed yous. Or just run very far away. Spread out and he shouldn't be able to catch you, just play cat and mouse with what you don't want to fight. Bring all your fire power to once area and remove the threats there.

In my 2 games vs eldar with blood angels so far, I've had mixed results. The first one was with a pure BA double raven list with 2x10 death co and dante+priest+sanguinary guard. He slightly underestimated my mobility and I trounced him.

The second was with a sentinels of terra+ba double CAD drop pod list. It was my first time playing the list, so I made a few glaring mistakes, but got my butt handed to me.

The mobility game is big, but you have to be pretty exact with how far you stay away. If you get caught, the BA player will punish you for it.
